We can also virtually help you decorate with your existing items or advise on new items within your budget. Depending on your consultation level, you will receive a priority task list and full report.
OCCUPIED STAGING
Staged homes sell for an average of 17% more than a non-staged home. With this service, we will provide hands-on staging of existing furniture, improve the traffic flow of your home, and expand the appearance of space. We also offer accessories at an additional cost to increase your chances of selling your home. Accessory estimates vary by design.
vacant staging
Receive partial or full staging for your vacant listings. We have the added advantage of personalizing every stage to fit each unique listing. We choose each piece to match the individuality of the home and offer the designer look. This service includes living, dining, kitchen & bar, master bedroom & bath.
